Refund and Payment Policy1. Payment for Goods and Services Payment for goods and services is made in
US Dollars (USD) through the payment services
Stripe or
PayPal. After submitting an application to purchase a product or order a service, you will be provided with a secure payment link that is valid for a limited time. The purchase will be confirmed by an email containing your order details, which will be sent to you after a successful payment.
2. Refund Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. A refund is possible under the following conditions:
- 100% Refund: A full refund is possible if you cancel your order before the services have been provided or the product has been shipped.
- 50% Refund: A 50% refund is possible if you cancel your order after receiving consultations on equipment selection and ordering, but before the product has been physically shipped to you.
- No Refund: A refund is not available if the product has already been shipped to you or the service has been fully rendered.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at
office@workalisation.io, providing your name, email address, and the reason for the cancellation. The refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
2.1. Refund Processing Time and Fees Refunds will be processed within
5-10 business days from the date your request is approved. Please note that
payment system fees for the transaction
may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Transfer of Rights to Goods or Services Instead of a refund, you may transfer your rights to a product or service to another person. To do this, you must notify us at least
48 hours before the scheduled delivery, provide the new buyer's details, and receive our written consent for the transfer.
4. Cancellations or Rescheduling- By Us: If we cancel a product delivery or are unable to provide a consultation service, all fees you have paid will be fully refunded.
- Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule the delivery date, you will be offered a new date. If the proposed date is not suitable for you, you may request a full refund.
